一句话记下,到点持续提醒
Write it down in one sentence. When it’s due, Twnkle keeps reminding you until you take care of it.
Q: What’s the difference between a Notification and an Alarm? Notification = when it’s due, you get several notifications over the next 10 minutes, and you can ignore them for now if you’re busy. It does not break through Silent mode. Alarm = rings full screen using the iOS system alarm, breaking through Silent mode and Focus. If you don’t handle it, it rings once more after 5 minutes; if it’s still unhandled after 10 minutes, it moves to the Overdue group. Good for things you can’t miss, like taking medicine, catching a train, or paying rent.
Q: My Alarm didn’t ring? Please check: ① Settings → Twnkle → Alarms permission is turned on; ② you’re on iOS 26.0 or later (Alarms rely on AlarmKit in iOS 26; on iOS 18–25, Alarms automatically fall back to Notifications, which is expected behavior, not a bug); ③ Twnkle is not set to “Hide” or “Require Face ID” (a system limitation: in either of these states, alarms are silenced).
Q: How do I enter a time? Just type a sentence: “tomorrow 3pm meeting”, “in 30 min drink water”, “every day 8am take pills”, “every month on the 1st pay rent”. Relative times, days of the week, and repeat rules are all recognized automatically.
Q: Will my data still be there after I switch phones or reinstall? If you’re signed in to iCloud and have iCloud Drive turned on, your data is automatically backed up to your own iCloud. After reinstalling, go to Settings → Restore from Backup and choose a snapshot. Your tasks also sync automatically through iCloud between iPhone, iPad, and Mac signed in to the same iCloud account (you can see the sync status in Settings → Sync Across Devices).
Q: What does Twnkle Pro include? How do I manage my subscription? Pro unlocks unlimited Alarms (including on repeating tasks), voice capture, home screen widgets, Lists, and My Photo wallpaper; the free version lets you try 3 Alarms. You can manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions; after switching devices, restore it in Settings → Restore Purchases; if you have a redeem code, enter it in Settings → Redeem Code. The Android version has no in-app purchases: follow the steps on the paywall to pay with WeChat and email us for an activation code. The Mac version cannot make purchases: unlock Pro on an iPhone signed in to the same iCloud account, and your Mac follows automatically.
